It's my first time coming to this location. Sorry to say, but it's horrible. Last month, I came to pick up my parents prescription waiting at the drive-thru. No one never came to the window. So, I decided to walk inside the store. Notice that there was 8 employees! Not even 1 employee can assist drive-thru. I was pretty upset. One of the gentlemen was too busy chit chatting with his other employees. I'm like wow... This is great...

I shop otc from my Medicare. They don't have alot like the catalog shows. And it hard to find some otc. Because there's blue stickers and white stickers.

There is never anyone behind the counter to check you out. Then you have to wait and wait and then go look for the person. And if you are in line at the pharmacy...make sure to bring a snack because you're gonna be there a while

We are a CVS family, both mine and husband's mothers work for the company... Hubby and I are here from out of town and he needed his prescription, we had it transferred over and the pharmacist was extremely friendly and helpful! They took care of us today! Thank y'all! This CVS is about customer service! ??
