Luis and Idalia in fragrance were very helpful in helping me look for exactly what i was looking for, i came into the store not knowing what i wanted, i told them the kind of smell i was looking for and they matched it perfectly and their customer service was easily a 10/10.

I am born and raise in Port Arthur. I doesn't live their anymore,but I don't know what kind of people is working in Dillards now in the Mac Dept. A black lady name Alenda made me feel humiliated. I waited for her to come do my makeup,she never even came back to do my makeup and had me waiting for a long time and didnt come back to tell me anything. That was very rude.Thats why I love Houston and I never barely ever go to that country mall! She really need to learn customer service.

I have been shopping at this location since I was 5 with my mom. I am now a 26 yo female and was in the women's/swim wear department today... I was going to purchase a new pair of shoes but after being told I could not take what I wanted from swim wear to the shoe department I decided to leave after purchasing what I wanted from swimwear. The lady in the swim wear/ladies department was very rude and seemed like she did not trust us. Made me feel like she thought I was going to steal. It just really made me feel uncomfortable because I've been shopping here my whole life and would literally never. Do better, yall missed out on me buying $100 pair of Ugg sandals and I missed out on purchasing them from yalls location because I refuse to feel that way. She also yelled at my husband and told him to get out of the dressing room while he was holding our daughter. This was a horrible experience all around and I can honestly say I have never had this happen before. ? ?

Purchased a shirt, had all tags, on the hanger, was told no I couldn't return it because the tags were not attached, no where on the return policy does it say anything except if you were not happy they would return the money or issue store credit, they would do neither, I hope that sale was worth it! You have one less customer..

You want to be treated like s...?? DILLARDS in Nederland it is, they should shutdown operations on this store, very unpleasant and unprofessional people Max or whatever his name it is grow up You act like 12 or 13 years old kid.
