I had a doozy of a problem thanks to some shenanigans that were invoked by Verizon chat / text support and apparently people who didn't know what they were doing at the port center. They get an F-. But Micah saved the day and my bacon by making sure my phone service was restored and got my mom's phone ported over finally before I had to leave to go back home to MI. He was very calm and personable! Also his eyewear was on point, lol. Thanks again, Micah!”
