When is say the service is horrible I mean horrible. 1 I was seated and that's what I do just sat till the water was cold. I watch people get seated and service started I'm still sitting but anyways let's talk about the Gel polish that they make sure they say is an extra $18 I dont mind because I haven't had regular polish in years. Its dented bumped and scraped I day later. All of my toenails are slanted i just feel these people are over changing and doing horrible jobs

Wonderful pampering. My tech May did a great job on my pedicure. I love this place they are so attentive to the needs of their customers. I feel like a queen when I go. God Bless those ladies.

if could rate it 0 stars I would I went there last week asked for shellac white nail polish in 3 days my nails turned yellow, returned told the lady who did my service what happened and she didn’t care and ignored me I brushed it off asked for a re do same service and everything just a different color and at the end of the service I was charged twice the amount just because she cut my cuticles .. anyways didn’t wanted to make it a big deal so left giving them hope that my nails would last this time, it’s been one day and my nails are already chipping and lifting again , I’m really disappointed and unsatisfied don’t go if you don’t want to waste your hard earned money I never had this happen in other nail salons

I came into the salon and was seated immediately and was asked what service I wanted. I said I would like a feel and a new polish. I showed a picture of the Christmas design that I wanted on my nails. It was specific to say I wanted to limit the red Color and use maybe more white green or even blue. The lady that was going to do my nails seemed agitated and said she couldn’t do that design. Those are stickers and I said well can you paint something similar and a few other pictures just to give ideas of what I’m looking for , then she was telling me this this or this and I said I want to design on every nail to one of her coworkers and then proceeded to tell me that it was gonna be $80. I told her that’s no problem. She seemed even more agitated that I wanted to design Every Nail. As she started the service, her Dremel tool hit my skin and I jerked a little. She said sorry sorry and she continued on. During the service she continue to speak to other coworkers in her own language barely speaking a word to me. I find that highly rude. Then as she continued on, she hit my skin next to the nail a couple more times with the Dremel tool. I finally told her I’m gonna stop. . I terminated the service. She then said I could get you someone that is more soft. I said no thank you as I got up from my chair and went and sat next to my mother that was getting her nails done by a different technician.. I was offered to continue the service on my nails by someone else I declined as I felt there was animosity. I have worked in customer service for over two decades and I feel that this is not how you treat your customers. I do not understand the need to excessively talk to your coworkers in another language in front of your clients instead of speaking to your client you’ve had all day to talk with your coworkers about anything and everything. I think the main focus should be on the service you were providing to your client. . The technician that provided services to my mother was nice. She even offered me something to drink, which the technician that originally started my service never offered. I declined the drink the technician that was providing services to my mother and told her thank you, but I am OK. I paid for my mother Service and we left I will not return .

Made an online appointment for a fill. Online price wae $16. They were very nice and did my nails perfectly. But when it can time to check out it was $55. They would not honor their online pricing. They said that was an old price. I believe that places should honor their pricing. I won't be going back. This is the price for a full set. I just had a fill done. OVER PRICED.

My first visit was not bad however I prefer to have my nails and feet done separately so I can actually relax while getting a pedi. My second visit had just my nails done the nails were to thick to long yes the length was my fault. A couple hours after leaving I notices bumps on one of them then a few days later the top coat was peeling off a couple of them. So I went the next weekend to have them shortened and the other stuff corrected. They were great then I go back this week for a new set and pedi done. Ugh my toes hurt I was bleeding when I let and the lady didn't even acknowledge it she cut done the side of my toenails wimhich everyone knows that will cause ingrown nails on top of that again doing my nails at the same time. My nails are good length this time but way thicker than they need to be. They don't look to bad though but my toes hurt the polish has lumps the tech obviously did not know or care. The quality of her work was extremely poor.

I received a gift card to Elite for a deluxe pedicure. I decided that I would also get my nails dipped while cashing in my certificate. I took notice immediately that the cleanliness of the nail salon wasn’t top notch like my usual salon. The pedicure was sub par at best and less that 24 hours after having my nails done, they are already looking awful. You can see through the nail on some of them and the top layer is peeling off of others. I will not return.

I have been twice and I love Kim's service, she gives the perfect pedicure
He has a very good hand, and always with a smile.
I was pleased both times with their service, I will surely return.

I was their last customer for the day on 7/26/2023. I received a pedicure. I will never return. The lady tried to scald me with hot water and then scraped my feet until they were raw and bleeding. She did not inform me that they were bleeding and I discovered it as she rushed me out of the door with disposable slippers on. I am monitoring my feet for any signs of an infection. I do not recommend them to anyone. ?I wish I could add a picture of my feet.Service: Pedicure

This nail salon use to be a pleasant place to visit. The professionalism has certainly gone down. They will not even greet certain people as they walk in. Ann’s attitude is no longer that of a leader. She picks and chooses who’s business she wants, for no apparent reason at all. When the shop is empty and they are desperate for business, they are the nicest most welcoming people. When a customer is in the chair, they will not even acknowledge you at the door. Treat your customers better and maybe the business will pick back up. There is a reason why most of the employees are always sitting around doing nothing and the business is stagnant. This location needs better leadership because the service is very Subpar now.. I will NOT be returning. You all have lost a good customer.Services: Foot massages
