All the staff are very friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. There’s also a wide selection of food/drinks, but the hot food is where it is at! Their rice and bean with fried pork chop is what I come for every time I come here! The store is kept clean and organized, this will always be my go-to gas station for both gas and snacks!

I had a disappointing experience at the Exxon on 5770 W. Port Arthur Rd. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance, showing dismissive and condescending attitudes. Additionally, I noticed a significant increase in prices on items within a short time span – for example, I paid $6.46 on Tuesday for a honey bun and two peace teas, only to find the total had jumped to $8.86 by Thursday. It was also concerning to see that the store was not well-maintained, with expired products still on the shelves. To make matters worse, the cashier didn't provide receipts for purchases, claiming they only had fuel paper receipts available. This lack of transparency and poor customer service left me with a negative impression. I would not recommend this Exxon location to anyone seeking a pleasant and efficient fueling experience.

Awful service. Most of their pumps dont accept cc payments. Went inside to ask if any work. Answer was to keep trying all.. sure some may work. ??

My mom was getting gas for herself and my sister the gas pump wasn't working card got stuck inside the machine. Recommended don't go here.

Didn’t get to go inside so the rating is for the fact that they close at night. On the bright side you can get into the rv park next door to use the bathroom
