My Wife was taking our son here but after today it will be the last. Been going to this location for years and each time it wasnt what he wanted. My wife tried to explain to the stylist what he wanted until the other stylist across the room said " just cut it cause she always got something to say. Just whatever." When we took him to Cropo's in Nederland , they were great and listened to her and his hair came out great each time cause we have to style it at home. We gave Great Clips every chance but we can't tolerate rudeness. When you need your kids hair done a certain way, please listen to your stylist but it works both ways. For someone else to jump in and belittle a mother, in front of her son , was the last straw. For context my wife is very timid and avoids any conflicts so she let them finish and left. We regret giving Great Clips so many chances but it's time to find another place.

Needed a hair cut...so i went here to cut my hair ..ladie was nice but damn she messed me up..one of my sideburn looks like a triangle and the other side looks like a waterslide at an angle...i would think this place would be a good place but i guess not...for sure not going there again..another customer for sure wont go as the ladies were talking about how the other ladie had messed up his hair...but i was in the chair already to late to get up..lol

The most terrible haircuts and customer service I have ever seen....took 3 hours to cut and blow dry my eight year old then another stylist had to come and redo my daughter's hair because it was uneven...the lady who cut my son cole she didn't edge him up I ask for a fade she left it long on top that hardly looked like a fade....this lady here charged me then try to come back and charge me again...she was so unprofessional never will I go here again...this place is a joke then to be told they don't do pigtail braids

Me and my daughter went in to salon and were getting the same haircut. The stylist that did hers listened to what we wanted done and even showed pictures of cuts, I told the stylist I wanted to keep my length but to do layers at the bottom so it would style right as my hair is really thick.i even commented on how it had taken me a while to get it that long and she commented on how long it was. After that she proceeded to just cut,cut and keep cutting as I sat there look like maybe I imagined the whole conversation before hand. I was not going to say anything because the back would grow back out even though I was in shock.When she started cutting the front I lost it because I’ve never had bangs and when I questioned her,she said it was face sculpting ?♀️,I don’t know what school these ladies have been to but you need to do better because I would never let her touch my hair again and from reading other reviews it seems the same with a lot of your customers which is truly a shame. I lost 4-5 inches on my hair and now will go through the process of growing it back out. Truly disappointed.

Please hire some one who knows how to cut hair you have hired people who are so rude and they just want to fight with each other than paying attention. Black lady without glases on sunday morning is so rude and dont care about customes she is working like someone forced her to work onn sunday and she kept fighting eith othet black lady in glases ? How the hell you are running this business

I recently had a regrettable encounter with Great Clips that compelled me to share my experience. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory, and it left me with a negative impression of the salon.My disappointment began my check process with my 2 boys. The representative I spoke with exhibited a remarkable level of rudeness and impatience. It appears my presence was an inconvenience to them, and their tone conveyed a clear lack of interest in providing helpful information their responses were curt and unprofessional. I was taken aback by the dismissive attitude and felt as though my concerns were trivialized. Customer service should be about assisting and guiding customers, but in this case, it felt more like an interrogation.Moreover, I attempted to express my dissatisfaction politely, hoping for a resolution or an apology, but the representative remained unapologetic and uninterested in rectifying the situation. This lack of accountability only added to my frustration.In my opinion, a business's success hinges on the quality of its customer service, and in the case of Great Clips, this aspect fell disappointingly short. It's disheartening to encounter such a disregard for customer satisfaction, especially when there are numerous alternatives available in the competitive beauty industry.I hope that Great Clips takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing improvements in their customer service training. A more customer-centric approach can go a long way in fostering positive relationships and ensuring repeat business. Until then, my experience with Great Clips has left me with no desire to return, and I would caution others who value courteous and helpful service to approach with caution.
