I purchased a vehicle from this lot and was told verbally that the body damage would be fixed as a part of the deal. I drove directly from the lot to the gas station to put gas in the vehicle and it would not start. I contacted the dealership and they sent someone to help. The car did finally start on its own and the owner stated that it was probably bad gas. Roughly one week later the car began running hot so I returned to the dealership. I also expressed that each time I put gas it doesn’t initial start. The owner told me to return at a later date and that it would all be fixed. Once I dropped the vehicle I was told it should be ready the next week. I received a loaner vehicle that I had to clean dead bugs out of and I quickly realized that the air conditioner did not work. I decided to not complain and just be grateful that I had a way around. After multiple calls and being told they did not know when it would be ready 2 months went by and I still did not have the car. One day I happened to go to the dealership to make a payment ( although I did not have my car) and it was sitting there. They claimed that it had been fixed. Within a few days it was clear that nothing had been done to the car. The same overheating, heater not working, not cranking when gas is put in was happening. I came back to the dealer and was told they would get it fixed. Received another loaner that overheated the next day then I ended up with another. 2 weeks later I still do not have my car that I initially purchased 4 months ago and they are now saying that it needs a new motor. Keep in mind that the body work STILL has not been done. I have expressed that due to my business obviously not being a priority that I would simply like a refund but they are attempting to force me to pick between two cars that they choose from another car lot in another city. This has caused the biggest amount of stress and time lost that I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I would not advise anyone to make a purchase there as they clearly have nothing but lemons for sale. During one of my waits there I encountered another customer enduring the same thing. RUN!
