I ordered a cake for my granddaughter's birthday and when we picked it up it was not the one we ordered. There was no time to make a new one and they charged me 50%. I asked for coverage to fix it at home and THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT. I must say that the cake was very delicious. (That's why we buy it there)
