“Stayed 05/09/26- The staff were terrific and even though the hotel shows its age in a few places but the pool and our room were pleasant.
We would stay here again!”
“Hotel looks new. Has free EV charger lvl 2. Room seemed fairly clean, a few hairs on floor. Bed was comfortable and building was quiet. No smart TV no Netflix only satellite TV.”

“Excellent hotel with great customer service and plenty of warm charm. The continental breakfast was surprisingly delicious, and Annie‑May (forgive me if I’m spelling that wrong!) did an outstanding job in the kitchen. All around, the staff and the food made for a fantastic stay.”

“I enjoy very much to stay there for a night. Nice stuff working there and is in the middle of shopping center. And they serve a good breakfast in the morning until 9 a clock. I will recommend to anyone and I sure I will returnRooms: Large clean room and bathroom”
“If I could rate this Hotel a negative 10 I would. I had so many problems with this hotel, first you can’t never get them on the phone, the rooms smell of mildew, the sheets have stains on them, you can’t open t the Bathroom door completely without hitting the toilet. I used to stay here before Harvey hit, I was much better then, but now it’s completely jacked up, I will never Grace this Hotel with my presence again.????????”

“Me and my family stayed here awhile ago and here are my HONEST thoughts.
Its not bad. breakfast was good hotel room 301 is very spacious service was nice It was the miss communication that did it for me. It was our checkout day and we needed to take showers so my brother went down and asked for a new set of towels and got told housekeepers are going to send it up 15-20 minutes later still dont have them my sister called down to see what was the status on the towels and got told they should be coming up with them. 15-20 minutes later still dont have the towels At this point im mad so i go down there and got the towels And i tried not to be rude because i know if she put in a request for towels to be sent up then thats in the hands of the housekeepers. but besides that is a good hotel”
