I first went to the location a block up the road on Jefferson st. The lady was very rude, didn't try to explain anything and wasn't helpful at all. I walked out, came to this location and was given the most amazing customer service. I didnt catch our representatives name but my receipt says her name is Ashley. She has the best attitude! She was very kind, helpful and patient with every customer there. All of the employees were so nice!! Hands down best metro by tmobile experience Ive ever had. I will only be going to this location from now on.
