Went today to get my transfer pin, as was told by customer service since my phone is broken. Lady refused to give it to me or to call the customer service line, or the manager for assistance. Also failed to mention there was another store 4 blocks away that may be able to help me, which they did. It was her job to call and give the store code to receive my pin number. Poor customer service to say the least. So glad I made the switch from this provider.

4 workers only 2 were working the other 2 were just staring at the people at the store. Horrible service, last time at this location, my advice to everyone is do the same, go to another location

I went to switch my sim card into another phone and some guy tried to charge me $50 dollars me knowing that I pay only 25 I quickly snatched my phone and left and went to the other location and told them about it and they took care of me very good

Do not waste your money here. The young lady working here is so rude and doesn't care about the customers. (which is odd since they make commission off your phone purchase) Go up the road on 87 towards 9th ave. There is another location less than a block away on the left. They have the best customer service, the store is spotless, and the display phones actually work. This location on Jefferson should just close their doors for good. I would give 0 stars if I could
