  The worst experience I ever had with a nail salon!! I went in Saturday at 4 to get a refill and show her what I want it she told me to send it to her cell phone I text her she saw the picture and told me she can do it ! 🤦🏻‍♀️first the designs wasn’t even close what I show her but I was still okay with it because I wasn’t expecting to be twins as the picture I show ok! She finish in less than 1hr charge me $57 every time I try to ask her questions she was giving me attitude/ and she was so aggressive with my nails I told her she was hurting me at some of my nails “she say beauty was pain” I ignored her and pay her and came out! Today not even 24hrs my nails all of the designs or coming off !! I message her ask her what can it be done to get it fixed she was so rude and told me because I didn’t like my nails I wasn’t allowed to go back how if I wanted my nail to get fixed !! The worst customer service ever !!!!! Pictures below of my conversation with the nail tech!BTW again the first picture is not her work I send her that picture of what I want similar!!!!!!!

  This is the dirtiest nail salon ever ,I went to go get my nails done ,dirty EVERYTHING I got a infection on my middle finger nail and my real nail fell off it has yet not grown after almost a year worst nail salon ever , DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  My sister and I were getting our pedi cures done she used the same unsterile utensils on her feet that she used on mine also while drying we realized she took the spacers for the toes off her feet and put them on mine. I only imagine what they do with other people. Also while waxing you’re supposed yo change the wax stick, she constantly dips the SAME stick into the wax. Serious health violation, an infection waiting to happen.Service: Pedicure

  This is the dirtiest nail shop I have ever walked into. I had wanted a mani and pedi with new set. Nail tech pried my nails off with a tool instead of soaking them off. I told her that it was hurting and she didn't seem to care. Needless to say I walked out.... she was laughing speaking her language and was super rude. DO NOT GO HERE!! It's disgusting!!

  I live Nina nails. I haven't had Mrs Nina do my nails yet but the lady that did them today was awesome!! Definitely recommend!!
