“I've taken my Cavalier Long Charles Spaniel here for years. Everything is usually great; appointments kept, service and haircut wonderful and as expected.
The only complaint I have over the years, is the lengthy time from drop-off till pickup. Usually more than 3 hours. This puts my doggo through more anxiety than necessary, and surely could be improved?
Overall, I'll continue to take him there because there are limited other options locally, and he always looks great. The staff are friendly and courteous. Just wish it was faster.”
“I bought chickens last year they produced eggs until these new puppies we took home from a guy who couldn't keep them in a motel killed the last one. Two our dog killed it we trained him not to. One we don't know what happened to it. This year we have new ones and they are secure and all the puppies are gone to other homes. We have big chickens and our dog does not touch them anymore. The store members are nice to me and friendly”

“I went to Petco with my son to buy items for a local shelter when I tell you we stretched a dollar we got so much stuff. The cashier was so kind and we even rang out and let other people go and got back in line just so we wouldn’t hold up the line. I’m so very grateful I was able to purchase 3 baskets full of dog and cat food, toys, and treats!! They even helped us to the car. Was such an amazing experience beginning to end!!”
