“My first time at this location earned 5 stars for me. This is my experience, and I want to thank the ladies who made my Monday not so hectic. I had the worst experience in beaumont and my Bella was treated badly. First of all We had a slight situation where I wasn't even bothered by it, but the calls and the comfort they gave my Bella were on point. I WANT TO THANK THE SUPERVISOR WHO CUT MY BABY'S HAIR, EVEN THE ONE WHO STARTED BEFORE HER.

“The manager Tina goes above and beyond to represent Tractor Supply with the upmost professionalism. Me and my husband are affiliated with a local dog rescue, we came to Tractor supply for natural flea preventatives and puppy vaccines. She listened intently to our situation, the concerns we were having, for example, tried at least 3 reputable puppy dewormer over the counter treatments, all within a specific period (6 month range), now this is something that is a regular occurrence for us to deworm pups, only to have (even tho the pups had already begun pup vaccines (i.e. parvo virus)after close attention to weight dosage ratio, that suddenly several pups (on 3 seperate instances) developed over night all symptoms of contracting parvo virus! Resulting in death within 24 hrs! We were at a loss on what was going on! While discussing troubleshooting with Tina, (lets make it clear, she represents Tractor supply along with all products they carry, she never once said to not use this bcuz...or offered any personal feelings from her end, like I said very professional. She helped us to figure out what could be the common denominator with all 3dewormers, in which after leaving the store i did further research to prove my hypothesis of the cause. What they all had in common.. they were cultured and manufactured in countries that did not practice FDA regulations, long story short, the weight and dosage ratios were not consistent, prior to being g stored i found storage temperatures were not maintained. It made perfect since! And I have Tina to think on helping me to look at more detail to get the the solving of the problem! Thank you Tina!!!”
