I've taken my Cavalier Long Charles Spaniel here for years. Everything is usually great; appointments kept, service and haircut wonderful and as expected.
The only complaint I have over the years, is the lengthy time from drop-off till pickup. Usually more than 3 hours. This puts my doggo through more anxiety than necessary, and surely could be improved?
Overall, I'll continue to take him there because there are limited other options locally, and he always looks great. The staff are friendly and courteous. Just wish it was faster.

Brought my 6 month old puppy just for a bath and trim and an additional nail grind the groomer Larissa completely skinned my furry dog leaving her with bald spots, uneven cut hair, nails still needing grinding, eyes looking red/irritated, and shaken with fear I’ve taken her before to another PetSmart groomer and the experience was completely different, management was nice about the situation but it’s very frustrating because it was obvious the groomer did not care for my dog appropriately, someone that easily frustrated with an anxious puppy should not be working w dogs

Their fish always look sickly and many are dying. The rest of the store is good but it’s obvious that Petco next door has much healthier fish and aquatics.

Horrible customer service by Kim ,
Petsmart DOES NOT STAND WITH MILITARY FAMILIES
We bought my daughter and nephew hamsters about a week ago , We were pointed to the “ tiny tales “houses and when put together we noticed missing pieces and decided to deal with it and buy the missing pieces anyways .After watching them for awhile and realizing how agitated they seemed we called to find out about returning the houses and getting fish tanks . After explaining we just needed a 10 gal while we got ready to move and I would be purchasing a 20 gal after we move I was advised they would look to see if a 10 gal was in stock . When they came back on the phone “Kim” decided to send me to Petco to purchase the 20 gal . After I explained AGAIN it was just temporary she responded “wow it takes a month to move “ and laughed then proceeded to ask “ are you the woman who returned a hamster and bought another one already “ after telling her no I was not she responded “yes I have a 10 gal in stock but can’t promise it will still be here when you arrive “
Instead of dealing with Kim we decided to just keep the awful “tiny tales home “ and purchase another tank from a different store . Definitely disappointed in this whole interaction and the judgement that came from “petsmart “ I did not think I would have to add this was a military state to state move to not feel so judged in our choices . Horrible customer service that has made me rethink every other future purchases from pet smart .
