Ms. V was great! We had previously gone to cpl to get labs for my 4 month old and they were unable to get the labs. Ms V was able to get it in one stick! Definitely recommend coming here.

had an appointment 2/19 for 11:30am , I get there and the lobby is packed. people have been waiting since 10am. i go up to the window and nobody is there i said HELLO HELLO no response. i can hear the manager in her office talking, I keep waiting and see someone walk by in the back and get her attention she said just a minute. she comes back and i asked her what the deal was and she said we only have 2 people working. I asked how long was the wait and she said at least an hour so i left. The manager there is rude and apparently is always in her office talking on the phone or with employees.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Chantelle in Room 5 for doing your bloodwork (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) I don’t like needles and getting blood drawn but she’s a one poke girl and very quick with the process and definitely know what she is doing. Great personality and will answer any questions you have.

They need a public restroom for non customers. I had to do a urinalysis and there was a man in restroom that was with his wife for testing and he had to have a bowel movement and was very unpleasant oder afterword . And I had to deal with that while completing my test 🤢🤢🤢🤢
Also Toilet’s water tank was busted and taped all up as was the water faucet for some reason , didn’t try it to see if worked but used the one in the hall

I had two children having blood work by two different technicians I was in the room with my first one and the technician was very pleasant. The second one was very unprofessional asked me to wait in lobby with my other children as she drew her blood. Mind you she’s a minor and was nervous. She mentioned it to the technician and the technician told her she was being difficult only because she mentioned that she was nervous.

Bathroom needs updating! All metal in the bathroom is rusty and should be updated! Very offensive appearance!

Wow, I was a walk in and waited maybe 10 minutes or less. I don't know who took my blood but I was literally in and out of their office in less than a minute. Very great.
