She didn’t cut the way I wanted it. She basically cut her own style, which was so unfair of hers she never ask if I liked my hair or anything and immediately said I had to pay. Very very rude and bad customer service.

I had a 10 am appointment and no one was there. This is the third time I’ve gone there during business hours and the place was closed. I’m done with them. I’ll find a new place. This is the store on FM 365 in Port Arthur Texas.

Norma is very professional. She always takes her time not like other places where you are a number and not person.
