Kim. I will gracefully say this as you slammed your fan down by me. I have pictures where I asked you to remove a certain nail. I will report you. You crossed the line when you asked about a few things….the other two women I hope you got the gratuity I left for all THREE of you. Kim at wisdom I will never step foot in your facility ever again. Again you sure changed up when we were close to being done and I wasn’t entertaining your bs. You wanted that tip. I gave it. I pray you treat others than the way you TRIED TO TREAT ME.

Every time I go to Wisdom nails the service and customer service is outstanding. I recommend this establishment to all especially my plus size sisters.

I went and got my nails done by Top Nail on a Tuesday and Saturday in the same week I had to get them redone because the polish started to peel so I went on google and found Wisdom Nail and they were very respectful,very professional and very consistent. I walked out of there with a big smile on my face cause they fixed the problem and they give you what you paid for.So I will definitely recommend these guys. They are so amazing

My appointment was at 9:00 no one was at the shop until 9:15. When putting on the tip I had one that was crooked and I’m usually pretty passive but this was really crooked. I told her and she told me it wasn’t. Then she seen that it was and said she would fix it with the nail powder. It is still crooked. After that my nails were rushed. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Went to get my arcrylic nails removed, lady was rough with the machine she used. It would touch my skin often which hurts and at one point the machine went to the side and hurt my finger. While she took off the most she could with the machine, she kept going and would hurt my real nail up to where my real nails felt hot. I told her to stop and file instead, my real nails felt so thin afterwards, I dont think she understood my english but I did tell her she kept hurting me, she wasnt careful at all. Something so simple went so wrong, one of my worst nail experiences, dont think ide ever go back???
