T.J. Maxx is a nice and favorite store with great, well-priced items. Customers love it and report a nice shopping experience with great customer service from good leaders and employees. The store is clean, but could be cleaner with more space to walk, as it can feel crowded. The main complaint is long lines, with a wish for all registers to be open, especially on weekends. Many would go back and shop there.
