Paid my jeep off November of 2023 and they will not mail my title. As of yesterday January 11, 2024 I was told a 3rd time they still had my title and the man said he would make sure it got mailed out. The other two times the female at the front desk said it wasn’t her job to mail them and Carlos wouldn’t answer the phone but that she had noted my account several times. I’ll update if I receive my title next week.

Mohammad is POs human. Took my $4500 as down payment truck engine blew up less than 6 months. Company is trash they tried giving me a work truck after that.

Cars are rigged up It looks good, but looks can be deceiving. They make it seem like they are working a deal with you, but they are really legally scamming you. Please go somewhere else. ???️?️Vehicles are used. Obviously their vehicles are very much over priced. If your vehicle have problems. They will tow your vehicle in charge you extremely high prices. Down payments are very high. And they will most definitely get over you. Don’t fall for the looks of the vehicles because they look very good. Looks can be deceiving. Please find a different dealership. These people are not for the people they are about making money.
