The Allen storage staff was very polite and helpful. It was an easy process. I was able to get the truck and returned it the same day. I will use the location again in the future

I used U Haul several years ago and was extremely disappointed! The truck broke down on me 4 times travelling from California to Texas. I had to get a hotel room each time and still had to pay over $2000. For the use of the truck plus my hotels that I never got reimbursed for! I will never use U Haul or recomend it to anyone!!!

Under new management. Ms.Chelsea was very polite and professional. She was extremely informative to our needs of renting a small uhaul truck during a holiday week. We looked at several locations. Ms. Chelsea worked with us to get us the lowest prices. Everyone else just quoted us outrages prices then quickly sent us on our way to another location. This place is small but is very clean inside and smells nice too. Thank you Ms. Chelsea for all your uhaul knowledge and assistance!
