I went in the line wasn't long. I never had to return something before so I didn't know what I was doing but the young lady helped me and I was back out the store they were every polite and nice.

It was not crowded. So I was able to walk straight to the counter. The employees were friendly and ready to help. It was a quick and easy drop off
