I work pipeline construction and deal with obnoxiously rude people on a daily basis. The employees at the Port Arthur Texas Verizon store have exceeded far beyond being obnoxiously rude. I can handle rudeness, but being that way to my elderly mother takes it to a whole other level.

Verizon Business packages were used for almost 18 months. Started from nearly $200 and then went up to 20 additional lines and guess what!? No customer was happy. No one was able to reach the lines. It is a shame. Customer service is non-existence.
Store is really bad and clueless and essentially calls the 800-customer service number to learn!! I absolutely regret stepping in the Verizon store and would never return.
It is a shame for Verizon if they are being told since most of us are at the point of desperation when we dump the Verizon plans...
It did cost me tens of thousands of dollars. Verizon thugs and thieves deserve no more business in this area. What a shame! What a disgusting group of people!

I'm leaving this review on the same day I was in store. I was helped by a very helpful guy named Micah F. I had a doozy of a problem thanks to some shenanigans that were invoked by Verizon chat / text support and apparently people who didn't know what they were doing at the port center. They get an F-. But Micah saved the day and my bacon by making sure my phone service was restored and got my mom's phone ported over finally before I had to leave to go back home to MI. He was very calm and personable! Also his eyewear was on point, lol. Thanks again, Micah!

I was immediately greeted by a store employee , Susan waited on us with great patience.
She explained the difference between post paid & pre paid billing & the pro's of each one .
Susan let us know the store brand deals & benefits that were in store at the time & How to possibly preserve them for our decisions .
We brought our older phone in to be activated , she installed the Sims card .
Helped us transfer our number from
( Straight-Talk ) , which is now a sister company to Verizon. Made the necessary calls and set up our phone services.
Thank-You for your time and attention , Susan .

The customer service here is terrible. They had one guy who halfway cared, and he's gone now. These people want sales, and that's it. Your service and issues do not matter to them. I switched companies after a year because their service was just that bad. In the store and over the phone. But if we're just talking about the store, I still wouldn't recommend them!
