To today was very disappointed at the waffle House Port Arthur Texas on Jimmy Johnson boulevard. Due to the water issues in Port Arthur that was unable to serve people in the inside. But in order to get a to-go order you have to pay a 20% gratuity. Waffle House is known for their customer service but this was customer service at is worse today they will not waive the fee and the attitude was very disrespectful no empathy or understand rude and disgraceful in a workplace I frequent this place over the last 25 years and never experienced this but today is will be my last time ever eaten at the waffle House in Port Arthur Texas on Jimmy Johnson boulevard. Boycott this business until they do right by their customers by taking away the 20% gratuity on to go orders I'm pretty sure that it is a lot of people who did not realize that they were being charged 20% so I feel like they're robbing you without a gun. For the restaurant business this is dishonesty at its finest

It's a Waffle House. It was clean, the staff was nice and helpful and the food tasted the way it should. The only complaint I could possibly make is that the eggs they had looked like extra tiny size and 4 scrambled eggs on my plate looked a lot like the 2 I usually get, lol.

I would like to express my appreciation for the "One Man Crew" Mr. Kerrick. He was the waiter, cook, bus boy, and cashier. Diligent and speedy and absolutely amazing at his craft. Thank you much for the wonderful meal.

Late night snack with a group of friends. I'm on a strict diet and they accommodated me by making a grilled chicken breast. And it was pretty good for Waffle House Chicken breast.

Had to have some Grits.well 12/29/23,Ordered 2 chicken eggs & cheese melt with grilled onions!! ONLY TO GET MY ORDER & NO EGGS ON NIETHER ONE OF THE SANDWICHES & NOW NOONE IS ANSWERING THE TELEPHONE TO GET THIS CORRECTED!!! IJSGAS IS TOO HIGH TO BE GOING ALL THE WAY BACK UP THERE.

Okay, so I have to say, of all the places I have been to eat, this place is the very best. Service: When we entered the building, we were promptly greeted by the staff, and it was very welcoming. The restaurant was busy. However, seating was immediately available. Our server Chrystal (also an assistant manager)remembered both of my friends' orders from prior visits, and I could see why they come here so often. The manager, Michelle, greeted us and asked how everything was, even while cooking and leading her team. She didn't miss a beat. The restaurant was spotless and organized. A great place to eat, the food was perfectly presented, and made exactly to order. A GREAT PLACE TO EAT 24/7 YEAR ROUND! They live up to their name as Waffle House has FANTASTIC Waffles! Loved this place, and I will definitely be back.

Every time we go to waffle house. We enjoy our food eggs over well cooked just right bacon extra bacon , always done right. We always., wait for Christie. She's the best. We don't sit in anyone else's section but hers. Always friendly. I'll go until I die every Saturday.

3rd shift....Momma took my hashbrown dreams straight to heaven!!! She turned around to ask if it was I wanted...I said yes, and she and I were both thrilled!!! My son and I took our food to go....when he's eating his...I hear "ooohhh...ahhh...yes Momma yes!!!" All in all Momma's food was gooooood! Just don't tell my Momma! Wish I could have tipped ya better tonight! Keep up the good work!!!
