We have all of our prescriptions filled at this location. It's a convenient location for us and they are open 24 hours. I have to add that lately the new help needs more training. I've been told that prescriptions were ready that weren't. Make that wasted trips.

Tell me to leave our phone numbers, prescription was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm... after calling twice tonight, am told the prescription is finally just now ready at 11pm, and that it takes 30 minutes to an hour for me to be notified via text. Overworked, undertrained, and/or incompetent owners/management/staff. But what can I do? Not much better options exist in the area... sad state of affairs that this is the best pharmacy around... and I'm not the only one. Only reason I'm not giving one star is because at least the prescription was filled before midnight.

Absolutely horrible. Check your medications for right dose and medication. They filled the wrong dose for my son and my husband didn’t notice. So when he got him I called the pharmacy and got it figured out that the transfer from another Walgreens ended up with the wrong dose put in. But that would mean not single other person verified it with the actual order. Then after going through that he said to bring in the wrong dose and they’d fill the right dose. Then when my husband went to do that they took the wrong dose and refused to give the correct dose. AND it’s showing ready for pickup in the APP with ANOTHER charge. They said we can talk to the pharmacy manager on Monday. He’s already been out of it for two days. To say I’m switching pharmacies is a given but have to work this out first as we have no meds and my insurance isn’t going to pay twice. It’s not a cheap med without insurance.

As i sit here and read these comments about this store it’s truly surprising how inconsiderate people are . I was a pharmacy technician for over 10+ years and it is difficult with various processes for different medications. The young ladies at the counter did a wonderfully job assisting me on my prescription for my son . GIVE THESE PEOPLE A BREAK. THEY ARE HUMAN TOO!!!!

Worst customer service ever tonight. Sat there waiting at the window for 30 minutes. I called the store to make sure I didn’t have to go inside and he hung up on me. Very rude and I will not be coming back here!

This place is awful. They will leave you waiting as long as possible, stare directly at you and act like you're not there while the line keeps piling up. How are these pharmacy techs employed??

Always a quick friendly store with pretty much ANYTHING you may need. They always stock a decent supply of many different, cute items for all holiday and seasonal needs & wants. Walgreen's is also where my husband & I got our passport photos done! I love Walgreen's it's truly the one stop shop!

Standing in line waiting with 4 other people, its finally my turn, then the cashier talks to someone in the back. Someone else's prescription is ready, but its a young man whose been sitting against the wall. The cashier lets him go in front of us all instead of him getting in line. We're all there for the same thing, get our prescription. Mine is ready too, but I guess its who your friends with.
Secondly, each time you get your prescription the cashier yells out for a consultation, but the cashier doesn't ask us the customer if we need a consultation. Its just so they can badge in and say they offered one, but they did not, they never do.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERICE EVER. WILLIAM IS THE PHARMACIST, the most unprofessional and condescending pharmacist or “customer relations” person I have EVER spoken to. As someone in that field you would think he would have a little class about him. But I have been going there for over 15 years and I can assure you as hard as it will be to change everything over to CVS I will. I will not give my business to anyone who talks to their customers the way he does. I WOULD SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND HEADACHE AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! You will thank me later I promise. I can assure you Walgreens would NEVER be proud of the way the pharmacist talks to patients. This is explains why the staff have horrible attitudes and the store is rated a 2.5. That says alot. It starts at the top. William outta be ashamed of himself.

The staff at the Walgreens Pharmacy on 365 in Port Arthur is ALWAYS courtesy and professional . Never had a bad experience. Would drive all the way from Beaumont just to shop at this Walgreens

Worst run Walgreens I have ever been to. 12 people in line waiting for 1 pharmacist, 8 people in checkout waiting for the cashier to finish taking passport photos. Manager just walking around looking confused. I watched 4 people leave their items and just walk out.

I have always had great experience with the staff in the pharmacy. I used to go to CVS and they were always rude and acting like they hated their job. Thanks Walgreen staff for all your patience and always being nice even in stressful situations. Good job! Great team!
