I was given the runaround for two hours about picking up my grocery order last night after having to threaten to call the BBB & corporate finally, the manager that was at the front at the time called someone else to come help me that someone else happened to be Ms.Diane that was the most helpful Respectful employee of Walmart that I have ever met and all my years of living, she did phenomenal in less than 10 minutes she got my whole order. She had it packed up and brought to my car and loaded in my car in 10 minutes. I cannot express how much I appreciate her. I am a Walmart plus customer and I was ready to cancel my subscription and go to H-E-B or target from now on, but she saved my business. I will be back one day this week just to express my gratitude. I hope that the company will give her the praise she has earned weather it is a raise or just pure gratitude and appreciation she deserves the recognition. She is the hardest working employee at that location and I appreciate her dearly. Thank you Ms.Diane. Everyone else refused to help me but you saved my day. Thank you.
