“Went to visit Galveston for the family vacation and lost a teenagers cell phone along the way! We decided to head to the nearest T-Mobile location. We were able to locate the this location and was greeted by Matt B. We informed Matt B of the situation we were in and Matt B knew exactly what to do. Unfortunately we did not want to wait for the warranty coverage which was, of course, the first option so Matt found the plan the worked for our situation.
