I would give less than 1 Star, but it is not possible. First, let me say that LORI gave me a great pedicure at Anna's Salon. The salon was clean. I was pleased with the pedicure! Anna cut my hair once and did a great job. I returned three weeks later expecting another good haircut. WRONG. Anna butchered my hair. I have to wear a hat in public. She KNEW she butchered my hair because she made no attempt to blow dry or style my hair. She put some nasty Brylcream-like junk in it and rushed me out of the salon quickly. I paid her. When I got to the car and looked in the mirror, I wanted to cry. It will b WEEKS before I can go out in public without any hat!
