“We came in from Dallas had sensor issue with one of my tires. Stopped at a local tire shop, wanted to give me an extremely high priced for the programming. Called another tire shop and was extremely extremely high as well. Call O'Reilly's spoke to Rafael. Rafael give me the information to a local mechanic who was fair and get the job done in a matter of minutes. Rafael went above and the call of customer service. If you want somebody honest and that can help you out go see Raphael at O'Reilly's he was amazing! Cuddles to Riley's for having such an awesome team member. After they did the radiator replacement, we had them reinstall our dash AC components and recharge the system. Very fair prices and very nice folks to work with.
