“On a trip to Port Isabel and SPI, and battery started dying. After jump, drove to Walmart, planning on getting a new one and changing it in the parking lot. Turns out my 2007 Rendevous has an incredibly stupid setup for its battery access, and I couldn't reach some bolts without long extender. Asked Eddie, (sp?) who was Auto supervisor on duty about it and he immediately jumped in, coming out to my car and helped me get things rolling. A big relief, and thanks to him for being awesome.

“Although we did not wind up getting our car fixed here while on vacation. The owner was Awesome!! He was honest with us and reassured that the part that we needed replacing wouldn't cause our car to break down on a 7 & 1/2 hour drive home. He was right!! It didn't and we're so thankful. If you use him you'll be happy you did. And make sure you say hi to Red while you're there ?. Resident cat, super friendly like the owner.”
