By far the most dirtiest market went for poultry and the liners were filled with gunk it smells bad , needs to be cleaned .

Don't go to Walmart. Go here. Fresh produce, much of which is is sourced locally. Wide selection of products. Their store brand is better than name brands and usually contain better quality ingredients. Highly recommend.

I've been going to this HEB in Port Isabel since the day it was built. It's been an excellent store pretty much the whole way. I just want give a shout out to Juan in the deli department. He has always served me with a smile and quality service. Juan is just above the best of any deli person I've ever dealt with. The smile is the key and never questioning my needs keeps me coming to this HEB and loving this deli department. I wish all the employees could be just like Juan. When you go to the HEB in Port Isabel Texas and visit the deli tell JUAN Captain Cliff said hello. I hope Juan gets a huge raise for so many years of excellent service to his customers.

The gas tanks are given to you with water or without anything and the employees treat you badly and make you face, don't buy, there is terrible service and what's more, when an employee passes by, he doesn't tell you anything, he just pushes you.

Meat selection and quality just isn't what it used to be. I really love HEB, but this location needs some help getting back up to par. Down to 4/5 for now.
