So thankful to have found Masters to repair my rear window which became stuck in the down position just as we arrived into town for the weekend. Masters graciously took a quick look at it and put the window back into position. Very professional and friendly service! Highly recommend for your car repair needs!

Needed $6,000 plus of body work to be done on my vehicle. He took pictures and insurance estimate. Told me to come back two weeks later as he had to order parts and he was busy. I called the morning of return date. He acted as if he didn't remember me at all and then said all parts are on back order. I said cancel them. I made plans to be without my vehicle for the week. Rescheduled appointments. He should of called me to let me know he was having trouble getting the parts. If I am giving you my business you should respect me and my time. Run don't walk away from this place. My neighbor stated he had them paint his car. Didn't do a good job. Had wave look. He acted like it was okay and would not fix correctly RUN AWAY

Never go to this shop unless you want to get screwed over! Mr Martinez charged for parts he NEVER replaced, he did not even touch the part he claimed to have replaced. I’m sure he’s done this more than once too.
