The lady there was so nice, I think she's new because it was my first time seeing her. But she had really good customer service, definitely going back.

This place is terrible. 4th in line for over 20 minutes just to be asked if I am with the person sitting down, the next customer. Over 20 minutes and then goes to the first customer we had to wait for them to be off the phone. Others in the back you can hear them talking yet no one to ask us what we are here for or how long a 1 person phone call pauses the entire store

HORRIBLE!! They're always closed even thought they're inside the store. They close it whenever they want. They also NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!
AND ALWAYS DECLINING MY PAYMENTS.

Only one worker here is actually good at what he does. The rest of the workers here have zero knowledge as to what they are doing. We went there to see if we could activate a phone we had and see if it was compatible and they said yes. So they "connected" the phone charged us which was fine until we left and found out the phone didn't work with that company. We went back and said it wasn't working. They proceeded to tell us no it doesn't work with us AFTER the fact that they charged us. We asked for a refund but the said no! There are people sitting outside the building in a Sunday when it says that they open at noon it is now 1:00pm and the doors are locked when there are people that need to pay their bills.

Went to get a great deal with the switch to a Free phone and the associate told me of a great phone Moto in which I was very interested but the $25 unlimited plan Plus the $30 more for the second line did not meet my expectations due to the associate didn't even know if they came with mobile hotspot in which I wanted. He had no knowledge. And also ask him around how much would it be to switch and the price to me was outrageous close to $200 that's about 3 months payment with my previous carrier

This place is uninviting. They had a horrible sound system blasting music outside the store. It sounded like a continuous loup of bad noise. I asked the young man inside if he could turn it off or down. He was rude and disrespectful. I would not do business here.
