I stopped in on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 because I had a dead battery. I was on vacation and I didn't have the correct tools with me so I asked the gentleman at the counter if he'd help me replace a new battery. Of course I was going to buy the battery there. The guy told me he couldn't help me. The store was not busy. He told me it's an issue with resetting the computer on my truck. The computer resets itself so I knew he just didn't want to put in the work.
This event is just another reason I always liked Autozone over O'Reilly's.
I ended up driving to Autozone in Los Fresnos where the clerks there installed a new battery for me. I don't recommend this location. Drive a little further to Los Fresnos and they'll take care of you.

We came in from Dallas had sensor issue with one of my tires. Stopped at a local tire shop, wanted to give me an extremely high priced for the programming. Called another tire shop and was extremely extremely high as well. Call O'Reilly's spoke to Rafael. Rafael give me the information to a local mechanic who was fair and get the job done in a matter of minutes. Rafael went above and the call of customer service. If you want somebody honest and that can help you out go see Raphael at O'Reilly's he was amazing! Cuddles to Riley's for having such an awesome team member. Raphael my family and i thank you for your honesty and your help God bless.
