-5 stars if I could their “system” wasn’t working and they were only accepting cash. Needed the keys for my mail I showed them my id etc. and they couldn’t give them to me either because their system is down I drove 1 hour and half for that excuse they told me to call them but they never answer so how am I supposed to know.

So why is a federal government agency that I fund with taxes shadow Banning my review???? Everything stated is the truth.. Well seems like things go from bad to worst. The mail person who delivers mail inside Laguna Vista golf course is not only rude and conducts business illegally! You can not pull into personal driveways. You are not to back up. Yet this rude individual breaks every single postal SOP. We get items shown as out for delivery but this postal contractor is so lazy he doesn't want to walk up to the door. Needless to say, packages end up a day late or never.. This guy a one lazy peice of work. Plotted Scouts in Overwatch.

There is a mail piece for which we do not currently have an image that is included in Today 's mail. Okay so where is this mail piece because it certainly not in my mailbox today! It seems as if the postal workers do not want to deliver the mail. I am waiting for two pieces of mail that have yet to be delivered.

The person delivering mail to the Laguna Vista/Port Isabel area has lost more than 10 packages of mine thus far and NO ONE is taking steps to correct this serious issue!10 companies that have issued refunds to me have stated directly that my package was "lost in transit". I am in the process of compiling all relevant information, i.e. tracking numbers, etc., to file a complaint and if need be, bring this issue into legal action. This is NOT acceptable in any way!!

The worst postal delivery service since the beginning of time. Lost mail, mail dropped on ground, mail delivered to wrong address, on and on.

Two days in a row I have tried to mail a package and found a closed office with this posted. I understand if they need to take a lunch but post the hours and say when you will be open. Very frustrated. Standing out front multiple people have come and gone just as frustrated.

The Post Master and Carrier were both so helpful in tracking down our IRS refund check that was at risk of being returned due to a recent mail forwarding on our part. They were both quick to act and the Carrier placed the check in our mail box on the very day we called to inquire.

Absolutely horrible. Constantly confusing mail and delivering my mail and packages to my neighbors. Seriously people it’s not that difficult to look at an address and place it in a box.

I ordered something to be delivered to my address where I receive packages but UPS was unable to deliver my package therefore it was sent to the post office Friday 5/6 I was unable to make it that day to pick up my package so I went first thing Saturday morning 5/7 just so they can tell me it was already being returned to sender! Why not allow a little more time for one to pick up the package, It literally was returned to sender Saturday morning right before the post office even opened at 9:57am if they could of waited a little longer I would of had my item, now there is no way to get it. How inconvenient and the lady at the front was no help.

I just encountered the dumbest woman clerk in the history of clerks. Every question I asked was answered with an answer that didn’t apply to my question. Unless it’s performance art I would avoid this PO at all costs.

Not sure what it going on at this post office but I have been waiting for a bill to arrive since 7/9. The guy I talked to at the post office said it takes two weeks to get the bill after it is seen in informed delivery. YEAH RIGHT! That's a complete lie. What I see in informed delivery actually comes that same day. Still waiting on two other bills also. One was in informed delivery yesterday but I did not receive it. They just delivered the junk mail. I am wondering is some theft is going on here.

WORST customer service EVER! The lady in the front had my package sitting in the back and did not want to scan it in to help me, even with her coworkers saying they’d be more than happy to help me out. I left thinking there was no hope and called my husband to tell him his package won’t be available until the next day. He then tried to call the office when they answered, hung up, and unhooked the phone from service. I went back to hear them just sitting and talking in the back section (not about mail) when i tried calling the office, still off the hook. She then tried to tell me i was unauthorized to pick up MY package. When it was all over she just pushed the package to me saying i could have it. (without scanning the package like she said she NEEDED to do before i could have it the FIRST time i went in)
