Very nice smaller hardware store. There is a large variety of plumbing and electrical hardware. The staff is friendly. The prices are higher than many other hardware/home improvement stores. I will say that the real plus is that the location makes it great when looking for a few pieces for a quick repair. The store is clean and has a particularly nice selection of ready to grab unusual snacks and candies at the checkout

My complaints with this ACE Hardware have been numerous over the years, but it's the only hardware store within 30 miles. However, post-Hurricane Beryl, the service has been over the top. I bought a flashlight that I needed to return, but I was told the store wouldn't honor their 30-day return policy for hurricane-related items. The cashier explained that the owner ordered too much hurricane stuff since we didn't sustain a direct hit, and would lose money if he accepted returns. If this owner is so uninterested in customer satisfaction, I'll now drive an hour to shop for all my hardware needs.

It truly is like a neighborhood get together every time I go into the store! Every single person that works there is so incredibly helpful, you can ask anybody in there about anything in there and they are also well schooled in every department. It makes my life so much easier considering I know pretty much nothing about anything that is related to electrical, plumbing, landscaping, nails, and tools, so I am thrilled with the staff there, tony, the manager is always there to help, what a great guy!

Went to buy sheet rock and the guy was too lazy to get off his forklift. He told me to do it and Idisagree with him. He then called a young kid to move the sheet rock to my truck while he sat on the forklift. Horrible service on the back section.

They allow customers with large dogs not on a leash or contained to run loose in the store and I was approached by two dogs that scared me probably cause they smelt my dogs on my clothes. I was really disappointed by the staff since I was scared they all just stood there did nothing. My husband had to stand between me and those dogs before the owner called for them. Just really disappointed with staff like they were afraid to say something probably they new who owned the dogs. Also there was about 6 ACE workers there just standing. I hope the owner reads this and feels bad. Shame on you.

This store is awesome. The knowledge the sales personnel have is unmatched. They actually take their time and explain everything, including less expensive options, my go-to store for sure
