Eric, the manager, fixed my issue in minutes when I spent 2 hrs talking to 3 tech support mangers on the phone prior to going into the Port Lavaca store. I didn't catch the ladies name who welcomed me but she was very friendly and assured me that they could help me!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!
