Clueless. It took about 15 to 20 minutes for a fish sandwich. They were not very busy. The place was clean. Most people were standing around, while a few were working. Someone spilled onion rings on the floor and they stepped around them until 5 minutes later an employee finally got the broom and dust pan. I got my food to go and when driving off realized there were no napkins in the bag. Food was OK. Amazing to see the lack of action in this restaurant and wondered what it would look like if they got busy...

The app says this location is closed. They don't have any clue as to what whopper Wednesdays are. I see why so many location are closing. Clueless staff.

Food experience was dismal but apparently that is normal? Security and risk management is frightening for the franchisee or corporate. I discussed my concerns with the drivethrough attendant but she was non-chalant or clueless. I will try a more discrete method to share my concerns. M visit was Saturday night 02/10 at 8 and 10:00 pm. Four employees were present.

Love the skating on your greasy floor! I got a free 1 hour of ice skating without paying. Even though I waited a hour for my food, the service was on top! Even though my fries got gobbled up by Jeffrey, I left with a empty stomach but a smile on my face. My experience here was a wild emotional roller coaster! Thanks for the experience Burger King!

While waiting 15 minutes in line at my local store, both lines were backed up 2 cars deep and no orders were being taken. As we left the line, like the vehicle behind us, we noticed there was one employee working. We also noted there were 3 cars waiting for pick up. This is NOT a good business model. I feel bad for the ONE person who had to be on shift. Whomever is in charge of scheduling needs training on how to run a store.

The service is awful, my order has gotten wrong over 5 times, items are missing from my order or half of my whole order. The attitude is triggering because how are you this rude and stupid. You have a multitasking job if you can’t live up to it quit and hire somebody who actually has good work ethic and does a fantastic job. Toxic places make toxic employees means unsatisfied customers.
