Staff was friendly and helpful but they did not have a car for me that morning. Called me back when they did have one but didn't need it anymore.

Very bad service. I have a international license and original license. But the staff tells me that I can not rent from those documents. I've rent cars from other enterprise in different states several times. She kept saying no, I had no idea what is wrong with her.

Great service. But not a whole lot of cars. I had to wait a day. And I got a truck. But overall, the girl that works there is good.

Took a couple of days to get the vehicle that I needed but the staff was very helpful. The vehicle was very nice and clean. I had to call and add another day to our rental while we were waiting for our vehicle to come out of the shop and it was a simple as a phone call.

Bait & switch, one hour before time to rent they switched vehicles on me. From a SUV to a pickup truck. That for a family of three. The only way it worked was to wrap our luggage in plastic & put them in the bed of the truck. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because I had no problems with the vehicle.

Reserved a car for 10/6/22. Told the reservation agent they need to make sure I have a vehicle available. I was told they would. I get a call this morning from Enterprise Port Lavaca to tell me they have no vehicles after they told me yesterday they had lots of vehicles being returned. How is that all of the lots of vehicles being returned were never returned. This location is like the airlines. They take reservations without even knowing they will have a vehicle. Took the day off to do this. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. Total joke. No need to waste your time. They will do it for you.

Called and made reservations ahead of time. Was told a total of almost $600. Traveled to the business from another city and was told vehicles were not available and what they did have was going to be almost $900... Plus $300. Unorganized, Not Business oriented, the place was not clean. One person working who had no clue what was going on. In her words... The People on the phone have no clue about what inventory we have. #She may be right, the representative before her booked us a rental that was only for private flights. Had I not insisted on receiving my confirmation while she was still on the phone, it would've been a nightmare of an experience. I'm leaving Enterprise alone for a very long while. Maybe they'll get their stuff straight. Update: I was contacted by a management team, and Nothing was done to fix the issues.

I've dealt with them three times because of insurance and every time they don't call back or answer their phone when you call them. For some reason they don't have a car available ever! They are typical Bayrat service.

Ive been calling for 3 days in a row to get information and reserve a car and they just dont answer the phone.
