Terrible service and from the previous reviews I see that this is a recurring complaint. We recently had a truck dropped off at service with zero transmission problems, after picking it up and driving it for a few hours we took it back to learn that the transmission needs to be replaced. Later we found out that the mechanic damaged the transmission while replacing another part, and they refused to fix the transmission that they broke. We are taking legal actions to fix this but I just wanted to leave this review to prevent this from happening to someone else.

Bait and switch avoid these liars! salespeople hounded me with calls and texts. Spoke with sales manager Trey and confirmed truck was in service but we could drive and purchase. Drove 1.5 hours. Trey hands us off to sales guy wanting to know our business. walk tge lot hunting for the truck. He goes to get keys comes out and magically the truck just sold. Tried to get us to buy a different vehicle. AVoid Keating's games!

Don't use the Service Dept. STEVE the Service manager LIES to warranty claims on Make up charges of what broke , to then Try and charge $5000.00 to repair a warranty Claim" with used parts No warranty Parts or Labor!!! Tears Rear diff, cover off about 12 bolts charges $439.00 for 2 hours work, Drove truck in shop, on Wednesday after Over 3 Weeks , Saturday get wrecker to pick it up Battery so Dead will not even unlocks Doors, Then Laughs about it. THEY left the rear end cover off as asking to put it back together, But now now everything is Ruined , Needs Whole NEW rear end on a truck with less than 55000 miles Take your business some where else. Steve is Very Confrontation when you ask question or Questions a bill that he gave a invoice for $372.00 Then runs credit card for $439.00 He got confrontation with the tow truck drive when he asked for the rear cover and bolts back for the truck Call and they say one Labor rate, I had some call and get quoted a labor rate! Then get charged a higher one ! that what Shop rate was quoted. Need more info Call me! STEVE HEAD Dick Service Manager Had other problems Make a appt to get recalled air bag fixed says they will fix it while i wait. Get there No the Appt is just to drop it off, dont know when we will get to it. This happened to me Twice.

I would not recommend this dealership. I took my car in to be serviced. When I received my car back they didn’t secure the bottom cover under my car so it was dragging, it ended up breaking off. Then not even 5 months later it broke down on me in the middle of an intersection, my transmission gave out on me. I took it in to a different dealership to be diagnosed and they told me it was the part that Port Lavaca Ford “fixed” for me. Now my car is no longer driveable and I tried calling Port Lavaca Ford to complain about this situation and they told me that the dealership my car is at would have to contact their service manager. It’s has been more than 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from Port Lavaca Ford. The dealership my car is at is still trying to get my car covered since I was not at fault. I am now going to be with out a car for a few months because of all the work that needs to be done to my car.

This is a very deceptive dealership. I reached out to this dealership for a very specific vehicle that was posted on their website. The internet sales rep assured me the vehicle was available and scheduled an appointment for me to come in the following morning. When I arrived, a different salesman informed me the vehicle had been sold a few days earlier and instantly started trying to sell me something else that wasn't even close to the vehicle I wanted. Moreover, the salesman kept walking off with my personal car keys so I couldn't just leave. It was only when he realized I wasn't going to be beaten by his sales game that he returned my keys. That being said, never, ever trust a dealership, specifically sales people that claim to be trustworthy.Charles Valis, Port Lavaca, Tx

Very shady business.I originally purchased a Bronco and had no issues, but when I went to trade it for a F350, they tried lowballing me on my Bronco, and tried charging me $11K over MSRP on the F350. I asked numerous times for numbers and they wouldn’t tell me until I signed. I ended up going elsewhere.

Texted, emailed and called at 9am to confirm car was available since was driving 120 miles on a Saturday. Received confirmation via all three methods car was available and I would be there in three hours. Arrived with title to my trade ready to make a deal and was told car was sold that morning. Sales manager didn’t bother to come out office to apologize / anything got inconvenience. Lefts dealer not happy but received call saying that customer had not verified income so I went back. Went through the car worksheet only to find $2500 of add one the advertised price which was never mentioned. Waited again for another period of time and left.Rarely leave negative comments and the salesman did his best to remedy and very bad experience but it was out of his hands. I expected this from a big city dealer, not in Port Lavaca Ford. True waste of time and horrible experience

I shopped around online and was willing to travel to get the best deal. Thankfully the best deal for my 2023 Ford Expoler was right here. Big Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he respected my time, which I appreciate.

I went to Port lavaca Ford service department.Sep. 2022 I was told they needed to order a part. I've called multiple times since. I was told it's on back order. Now today when I spoke to the Ford pass co. The service department said tkhere's no order in there computer. I waited all day for my car in their service department. And I have been waiting for them to call. I've waited 6 months.and now I have to take my car to another service I would not recommend Port lavaca Ford service department for nothing ?

Can't give them a zero it wasn't available. Had service appointment to have truck checked. Still under warranty. Was told leave truck they would look at it tomorrow. Why have appointment for today. Get better organized. Would go anywhere else for service besides there.

Worst service I've ever had at an automotive shop. The tech that worked on my car should be fired for incompetence. Not half a mile down the road bolts were falling out of the drive shaft. Also was not done in the time frame that I was told

This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Had a vehicle listed as call for price. I contacted dealership and after hours of being blown off received the answer as its going through the shop then we will decide what we want for it.Never heard a word back from Laura. Took my vehicles here for service and found them charging for an oil change that requires 8 qts and only putting 5 qts in. They act like they could care less what the customer wants and more like we do what we want when we feel like it. Immediately chose another dealership. Horrible customer service. attitude and business ethics. Read reviews thoroughly before going here.

I have purchased countless cars over my 65 years of life. I can say that I felt this dealership was the best run and most efficient dealership I have ever purchased from. The negotiation were not pressured. After just two attempts we agreed on the value of my trade and a fair price on my new Ford F-350 SD truck. My sales person, Kevon Montgomery was knowledgeable, courteous, well mannered. Finally, he did something that only good sales people do, he said, "I don't know, but I will find out". I can't tell you how many salespeople think consumers need to hear an answer even if it's not true.So congrats to Port Lavaca Ford for having Kevon. I appreciated being treated with respect.
