Decided to go to Sarah's Nails today after viewing photos of their work on Google. Ethan did my Manicure, and Anna my Pedicure. Both Ethan and Anna were gentle, patient, and did Amazing work! I highly recommend Sarah's Nails!

I was told to come in and they would fix my nails since over half fell off 3 days after I got them done and they refused to fix them at first. Took 3 lady’s tryna blame my nail bed when I’ve gotten nails since I was 15 and they last longer than 3 days. A lady finally came up and said she’d do them but charge me 30 and I think it’s ridiculous to tell someone to come in so they can fix it and then they argue and charge youService: Manicures

Stopped in today as a walk in. I just happened to be in the area on a Friday afternoon. I was pleasantly pleased to see a receptionist working at the front counter who greeted me and welcomed me in. This place was busy all the nails techs were full. But the receptionist told me a nail tech was almost done and I could wait a few minutes to get in. I asked to used the restroom and it was clean. I didn't wait too long at all about 5-7 minutes and I was seated. The receptionist offered me something to drink as I was taking my seat. I was so surprised to see that it was my old nail tech from my home town of Bay City named Vu! He has always done a high quality job, doesn't make my nails thick and is super friendly. Some nail techs don't speak a whole lot but Vu always ask how have I been, and just friendly chit chat while he services me. It's a small salon and overall they stayed really busy. This is why having a receptionist welcome clients is a huge plus in my books. It's a little weird sometimes when a nail tech is doing a pedi and is trying to greet you at the door from their pedi chair. Anyhow stop by and see my boy Vu! He never disappoints.

Made appointments.... with Sarah to get nails done for a wedding. We showed up and first they insisted I didn't have an appointment then tell me they are to short handed to do our appointment anyway. WOULD NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!

Cane into town for a treat. The owner lacked communication skills.She was also jerking my hand around and refused to fix the color discrepancy. I sat there for her to finish even though she refused to change the black to brown for her to not even put a finish coat on a nail. Might be a great place for locals but not out of Towner's! waste of money!!
