Had them for 3 1/2 years … paid $130 dollar a month for 50 mbps I NEVER got .. maybe 20 on a good day… cut out all through the day and I almost lost my job. When I called to cancel service they had auto renewed my contract and said I needed to pay a contract out fee and if I don’t they’ll just put it on my credit as bad debt!!! Would not recommend! Highly suggest you look out for the 3 line email they send regarding the renewal and keep calling until you talk to someone about it when your contract is up!

Internet only works 1/2 the time, they DESTROYED my roof, and NO ONE ever answers or calls you back.

I have had them for many years, but this last 4 months have been ridiculous. Every other day there is a problem. Never had so much issues. No only am I not happy about this, seriously thinking of switching internet providers.

Do not recommend so slow didn’t have anything connected and the speed tester was low and they said they will charge 120 dollars an hour to come and fix it

When it is working then I guess it’s ok at best. There are numerous outages and for the price of the internet it is outrageous.

$100 a month for 20 mbps (in 2021 btw) and my maximum download speed is 8 mbps..? Why wouldn't I just pay for the cheaper plan then? This is a rip off. 200 ping so no go for gaming.. Would quicker recommend getting a 5G hotspot. WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!

Started out fine.but last few months been losing signal .funny have better signal during a storm than clear.an when u try an reach them u cant get thru an they never wanna return ur call

Honestly i think they are great! I have had a service interruptions but when i contact them, they are always on top of the problem. They let know whats going on. This is a great company! I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I always get reps to answer or call me back every time there’s an issue. Changing over from Wavenet has been challenging. And we’ve had a few outages. But as long as you keep giving credits and customer service. You’ll keep your customers. I have a lower package but we’re able to do PlayStation and Netflix and other streaming type things! When Wavenet wouldn’t put up a pole for me; your installers were so awesome putting up poles and guide wires to get me going after hurricane Harvey. Being disabled it really means the world to us!

Another company commiting fraud against America. If you have a phone line you can move 15mbps in 2002. This is no better than frontier for low bandwith. All the cable companies want is something for literally nothing it's no coincidence you can't stream with services that worked just great last year
