I chose this location to rent a U-Haul from for my recent move. I had previously spoken with a very sweet lady on the phone at this location which is where the one star comes from. . . However, a few days later when I went to pick up my U-Haul, the rudest lady on the planet was at the register. She could barely look up from her phone & her tone was extremely rude, abrasive & uncaring. She would not even leave her post to show me which U-Haul was mine & told me to look at the numbers on the truck. She was also rude to my elderly mother about a key card to access her storage unit. This lady clearly DID NOT like the public or her job. No courtesy or customer efforts were made. I was very upset and shocked at the treatment I received from this (expletives)!

As a repeat returning customer, these people are the ones to come to for storage and u-Haul equipment. I went to another location with a reservation to find out that the other location had only one truck and it was red taped. Central Maxi Storage staff was VERY kind and very understanding of my situation. Not to mention, the 10’ truck I reserved was way over priced on the uhaul app and when I went in person to here (because I had better faith and a gut feeling told me to go there in the beginning), I was able to get a 20’ truck for a little less than what the app put me at.If I ever had ti use storage or obtain any u-Haul equipment from the Jefferson County area, this place is the place to go!
