Even though I had purchased the ring elsewhere, I had no problem getting Kay Jewelers to do the repairs. Bren patiently went through the details showing me damage that I didn't realize was there. They did a fantastic job and at a much better price than I expected. It looks beautiful, and just in time to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I will be returning to Kay Jewelers for future purchases.”

I did NOT want to send my ring out to have all this done. It’s very precious to me.Well, I finally got the nerve to bring my ring to them on Thursday noon and received a call back the very next day that my ring was completed! And let me tell you, she is gorgeous!I mean WHOA! Plus they have permanent jewelry and omg.. some of the most beautiful pieces in their store! My goodness!Very please with the customer service and prices are very reasonable!”

“The bald man named David knows exactly what he’s doing. You can tell he’s knowledgeable, just from his clean fingernails. Smells impeccable too. The only downside to this pawn shop is that I go in at least once a month and ask to buy the large faux plants they have stationed across the shop, I’ve even offered $500 for one. They won’t budge, but I know I’ll wear them down one day. The bathroom was 10/10, would use in an emergency again.”
