“We cannot rave about Haley C. enough! My daughter got a ring for Christmas which quickly fell off and got stepped on. It was flattened; we thought it was beyond repair. Haley worked on it for ten minutes and got it back to beyond just wearable. We were charged nothing, and did I mention the ring wasn’t even from Kay’s? Will definitely go back for the customer service and kindness alone! Recommend highly!”
