I started to attend Oranday Bros Jiu-Jitsu in late June 2023, I was very skeptical about doing it since I was still extremely overweight about 265 LBS and had a lot of other issues going on physically. But when I walked through the door everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and completely understanding of my situation now it's the end of October and I weigh 226 Lbs with about 39 pounds lost so far from there awesome recommendations and great programs they have going on twice a day for beginner adults! Ms. Bambi and Austin have always treated me with respect and fairness, and the other students are just as awesome and really take a hands on and personal position in encouraging you every step of the way! I encourage everyone I meet to at least go there and see the gym and the people in it to understand why I love going here!

I had started my training with the Oranday family a long time ago. This is a very good gym to train at, very competitive. Mrs. Bambi was ALWAYS accomodating and nice to me. I highly recommend training here.

I’ve been in martial arts communities for 30 years. This gym has been amazing for myself and my family. We look forward to training throughout the week. The professors are welcoming, knowledgeable and fun. Whether you want to gain confidence, learn a new art, learn self defense, gain focus/discipline or even find a network of friendly people this is the place to be. My family is honored to be on our journey to black belt with Oranday Bros and love that we get to call this gym home.

Best Jiu Jitsu in the area and it isnt even close. To top it off, Austin and Damion are very genuine, good hearted individuals and they do a great job of leading from the front!

We love the Oranday family! Our kids joined about two years ago and they have learned so much even within a few months in! They welcomed us with open arms and we are so proud to say that we are apart of the Oranday family! They are so very supportive with everything win or lose and all about growing and leaning! They also provide a clean and professional environment and all about keeping the kids even adults safe as well.

The Oranday Family are nothing but wonderful! Everyone I have met and trained with have been phenomenal. Austin and Damian were kind enough to allow me to train during my summer internship, and I’m already hoping I can come back again next summer/get a real job! Solid training and super athletes, I love everything about this place.

This place was recommended to me by my brother after he’d taken about a month of classes, and I have to say I’m impressed. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been super helpful and nice, and the classes are run very well. The instructors are knowledgeable and compete at a high level, so you know you’re getting your money’s worth! I would definitely suggest stopping by and giving it a shot if you’re interested!

After watching my son train a few months we had to get the rest of the family in to train together. Very family oriented. Never in my life did I think I would be able to do jiu-jitsu but they make you feel so comfortable and at home.

Oranday Bros have two incredible gyms in Southeast Texas. Both locations provide a clean, safe environment to practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the disciplines of Professor Lucas Lepri, a 9x Black Belt World Champion.The head instructors and owners, Damion and Austin Oranday are champions themselves with a lifelong pedigree in all facets of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu...from coaching, to refereeing matches, to competing, these two guys understand the sport on a technical level and have a knack at communicating their knowledge to dummies like me.10/10 would recommend to anyone with a positive mental attitude!

The atmosphere is amazing. The coaches are so patient, and really there to make sure we’re learning, safe, and constantly pushing ourselves to be better. I’ve never heard any negative comment from anyone in the Oranday coaching staff. Nothing but encouragement and building everyone up while making sure we learn the technics properly. Highly highly recommend everyone give them a shot.

Best decision we ever made was to sign our son up for Oranday Bros Jiu Jitsu. He has been training here for fours now and absolutely loves it so much that I started training almost two years ago at 45. World class instructor's and family atmosphere. I highly recommend Oranday Bros Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking to improve your health, fitness, or self confidence.

Complete newbie to BJJ here. Walking into Oranday Bros for the first time was an awesome experience. The instructors are super enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and really want you to learn while having a good time. All of the members have been nothing but nice to me so far, and everyone has a great attitude. The mat space is HUGE, and the facilities are extremely nice. After my free week, I decided to join, and I have nothing but positive things to say.

This is our first time trying Jui jitsu and absolutely love Oranday Bros! The staff is friendly, helpful, and we love the family environment. My child is more confident and just overall excited about attending classes here!

Both myself and my son are enrolled here. Excellent instructors and great atmosphere. My son is 4 and loves it. I've personally attended other gyms and Oranday is definitely a step ahead.

Training Jiujitsu has a lot of obvious benefits; health and wellness, self-discipline, self-confidence, stress relief and more, but there is nothing like the friendships and support I have received during my time here at OBJJ. During a time I needed it most, I made friends that showed me love unconditionally, pushed me through tough training and times, and overall has created a happy and safe space for me. For that I am eternally grateful and proud to consider them part of my extended family. Sometimes life gets in the way but Jiu-Jitsu is always there when I am ready, it’s never to late to start!
