Don’t recommend they charged me a cleaning fee when the young guy and I did a walk through and everything was fine, looked at my invoice and I was charged called to report & the owner was very rude. I’ll never be back

No hassle place to rent a Uhaul, great customer service from dad and son team. I called the 1800 number to book a truck and this was the location where I was sent, nearest my house, for my truck. Friendly, clean, no problems with truck or anything. Best Uhaul experience I've ever had!!! Highly Recommended!

Let me start by saying that the truck itself worked just fine. Now, the location where we picked up the truck was ok. The employee was friendly and helpful. However, we made the reservation for the truck a few days prior to pick up through uhaul and told.them we would pick it up at a certain location between 11 and 12. They called back the next day and informed us that our pick up location would.be further away than the original and that we could pick it up between 10 and 11. We informed them that the location change was ok but that the pick up time was to be 11 to 12. They told us they changed it but when we got to the pick up location the employee told us that he had cancelled the reservation because we were late. We had arrived at 11:15 but the pick up time had not been updated. Luckily they still had the truck for us to rent.

Had some young guy in there that did not have a clue what to do unless the computer told him what to do with it I was not able to rent equipment without the computer for some reason people have forgotten how to write a paper invoice in order to make money so I did it was not able to rent the trailer that I needed because of the computer was down do not recommend this place at all
