I just went at 2pm to do my passport the lady said to come tomorrow she was done for the day when the website clearly says they take the last passport at 3pm seems she hates doing her job

Mailbox has been broken for several months and the post office has yet to fix it even though it’s on them to do so. Very inconvenient to have to go there to pick up mail when we both work full time. They don’t seem to care to fix it anytime soon either.
