Rude pharmacy cashiers, picking up prescriptions takes forever

They won't keep required ongoing critical meds, nor order them. I moved after 20 years there. Store is great, pharmacy, not at all. Use HEB or OptiumRX, or 365 location if it's after hours.

This may be the second review I have ever written, the first was a positive one, this one is not. While the employees in the store are pleasant enough, not so with the pharmacy. At least one in particular. After six days of not filling my scrip after my dr sent it on March 4, I went to check on it when I had not heard from Walgreens on the 6th. They "didn't know " what happened so the pharmacist had some lame excuse. They had to order it and it would be in the next day. Today. I received a text and immediately left my house and got to Walgreens only to have the girl say they were closing for lunch and proceeded to close the screen in my face. I was the only one there. Needless to say I am very upset. She could have given me two minutes. Inexcusable.

I have been "so called" assisted by the same young guy at this pharmacy on two occasions of late. The first time I had 2 prescriptions that were called in at the same time, and only one was ready after several hours later. Instead of apologizing or giving an explanation as to why the second prescription wasn't ready, he was very flippant about it, stating "well, it's just not ready, so you can come in and wait or come back in a couple of hours. Then this most recent visit he waited on me again. No "can I help you?", just "you picking up?" , then "alright, let me go get it" , then no thank you, nothing. This guy has a horrible attitude to say the least!!! He doesn't even make eye contact. Hopefully he won't stay long, because if he does, I would consider changing pharmacies. That's just how bad it is.

I have a problem with thi pharmacy .I am a diabetic and get my insulin from Walgreens . I went to buy my insulin syringes and they told me I had to come inside and leave my $1000.00 Jrt unattended. They were very disrespectful and treated me like a drug addict. They lie about not having my insulin syringes or try to overcharge for them all in an attempt to departure addicts. I had proper I.d. and I am on their computer . My blood sugar was at 560 and they wanted to play games . Great policy ? I think not.Rediculous .I guess they are looking for a lawsuit for their ignorant games they play . I wouldn't give a 1/2 star after this mistreatment.JOKE

The staff at this location is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have had staff tell me that them losing prescriptions "really isn't their problem". Both doctor offices that we use in town have suggested that we swap locations because they have endless issues with this particular pharmacy. This pharmacy has filled incorrect medications, lost medications, and lost auto refills multiple times. Medications sometimes have to be "called in" multiple times, even though it is an electronic filling system. Typically you are find an hour wait, but it's usually closer to six hours at a minimum. I have waited over a week to have medications filled. I absolutely would not recommend this pharmacy.

They need more people working in the pharmacy. Supposedly waiting for 10 minutes for a prescription turned out to be around 34 minutes to an hour. Ridiculous crazy.

I love this Walgreens. The employees are always so helpful and the store is always clean.
