I'm not sure what these ladies are talking about. Matthew Erikson owns Freedom Storage down the street next to the stripes gas station, when I was there had nothing but trouble from him. I came here to 1314 storage because the lady in the front office was nice and the owner, whose name is James, is a genuinely good person. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! owner MATTHEW ERICKSON has very bad anger issues and is very unprofessional and full of himself , my card was charged more than one time for purchases i did not make and he refused to give me a refund , also my stuff was moldy and destroyed i was very upset and owner showed no care do not recommend go somewhere else wish i didnt have to put a single star on this review
